The Neir Team is comprised of Stacy & Alex Neir. The dynamic duo have been top producers in the real estate industry since they joined forces in 2004.

Stacy Neir has garnered numerous sales production awards throughout her 12 years in the business which places her among the upper echelon of real estate teams in Denver, Colorado and nationwide. She garnered the Top Listor award her rookie year and the Double Gold Sales Award in 2005 and 2006 with her former company.  She has also been honored with the Roundtable of Excellence award each year since 2003 and is among the top producers within Kentwood City Properties. Stacy was raised in Illinois but quickly moved to Denver for the terrific quality of life. She comes from a long line of real estate professionals as she grew up in her grandmothers real estate office. Stacy started her real estate career in 1998 after graduating Colorado State University and began as a commercial broker working for Cushman & Wakefield. After a slump in the commercial market in 2001, she began a career in residential real estate and joined Kentwood City Properties in 2008. She brings a great passion and energy to the real estate business and truly enjoys what she does. She is committed to building relationships with her clients to make them her clients for life.

Alex Neir earned his bachelors degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.  Alex was recruited by his wife in 2004 to form the Neir Team, which quickly established a reputation for exemplary production and customer service.  Since 2009 Alex has been an integral part of maintaining the Neir Team website and keeping our technology marketing strategies state of the art.

Other members of the Neir Team include their daughter Morgan and their two pugs Natasha and Rufus.

The Neir family enjoys world travel and experiencing different cultures.  They have recently acquired their ASA sailing certification so they can travel the globe by boat.  The duo also enjoys snowboarding, camping, mountain biking, and Sunday afternoons motorcycling through the high country. They are big outdoor enthusiasts which is why they call Denver their home.
